The Calabasas City Council directed their staff to work with the farmhouse owners to retain equestrian uses and to cap the costs. Since the owners submitted a CUP application the Council could not shortcut the process but it was clear they wanted to help. Altogether, a successful outcome, but we have the Planning Commission to go through next and then back to the Council--you know the drill. Thanks for your help.
