Thank you to all of you who rode in our Poker Ride. We appreciate your support and we really enjoyed meeting all of you!

Our Poker Ride was a success. We had about 50 riders.
Thank you Sheila for your help in planning and logistics and for leading the Rangers and Sidekicks. Thank you to Nancy Berns who cut, folded and stapled about 1800 cards. Thank you to Sue Gentry, President of ETI Corral 20 for your back up, support and perfect advice at the perfect time. Thank you to Maria Mejia, Vice President of SHPOA for doing the sign ups with me. We had fun! A big thank you to Carrie Morrow, our newest member who came to help us out with the sign ups. Your timing is impeccable and your help very greatly appreciated! Carrie was there when about 20 riders all showed up at the same time to sign up! Thank you to ETI 12 from Sylmar. Thank you Doug and Julie Morris for the great signs, coolers and shlepping all the stuff in your truck and for the drop offs and picking up the guys at their stations at the end. We set up and moved almost 3 times so the truck was very lucky for us! Thank you to Andrea Gutman for the trail marker ribbons. Thank you to Jeanette for helping Tama mark the trail and for manning a station. Thank you Tama for patroling and tying up all the loose ends. Steve got to count salamanders and butterflies out on the trail, should we thank him? (We had to tell him it was work to get him out there!) Thanks for everything and for printing the little pocket maps last minute. Many many thanks! Thank you to the VHOA Board. We got it together, we really pulled together and did a great job! It was alot of fun.
Tama's trail was wonderful and received many compliments! So many, I think we may do the same trail again! Many did not know about all those water trails Tama marked.
