Lake View Terrace--The All Nations Church on Foothill Boulevard plans to provide a horse trail around the perimeter of their property and is still trying to work out how this would connect to the Big Tujunga Wash. They have requested Valley Horse Owners to offer input to help them educate their parishioners about how to behave around horses as many of them are from urban areas. They were previously permitted to make only left hand turns when exiting the property, which made for horrendous traffic tie-ups. They hope to see this rule changed so that they may exit east toward the bridge. They have offered to pay for a traffic signal.
