Welcome to The Vistas at Lansdowne web site. Our 120-town home, over-55, active adult community is conveniently located in the Lansdowne area of Leesburg, VA. It is close to major highways (Routes 7 and 28) and about 10 miles from Dulles Airport. It is also close to numerous shopping centers with extensive amenities, including restaurants, theaters, grocery stores, and other retail stores. The Vistas provides our owners with outstanding social relationships and the opportunity to meet and mingle with neighbors of similar age and interests.
The Vistas is located adjacent to the Lansdowne Woods (LWVA) condominium community, which provides our owners access to LW's amenities, pool, exercise facilities, meeting rooms, restaurant, and hobby rooms. The Vistas is also adjacent to the Lansdowne Resort and Spa and their golf course, which abuts many of our homes. It is also within a mile of the Inova Loudoun Hospital.
